How information is handled
This may include account details, organisation information, selected financial or operational files, system exports and information you send when contacting InvoiceGap.
Information may be used to provide the reconciliation service, operate customer workspaces, process selected records, provide support, maintain service reliability and protect the platform against misuse.
Customers decide which supported files and records they submit to InvoiceGap. InvoiceGap is designed so customers can begin with a limited dataset rather than broad access to internal systems.
InvoiceGap may use carefully selected infrastructure, hosting, document-processing, communication and operational service providers where required to deliver the service.
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, contractual obligations, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal requirements.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information.
